I love this song! The lyrics are so sad, tragic and poignant. This song invokes a deep sense of regret and you might be brought to tears as you listen to it, especially those of you who are ladies. However, we can ALL relate to this sad tale, since it effects both genders and not just the ladies. So, be warned! This song may also cause men to shed a tear or two. Listen carefully to the words though, because McCartney tends to rush it a bit, and when you do, you will both understand and relate to the story that is being told here.
