Mindful Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation is a form of meditation where an individual is verbally guided into a state of mindful consciousness either by a person's live voice or by a recording of a voice, usually accompanied with soothing music. At the VA, once a week, I participate in Mindful Guided Meditation, usually lasting 45 minutes. But that's only once a week and in a group setting. EVERY morning I listen to this 2 1/2 minute Guided Meditation in order to help me cope and get through the day. I suggest you listen to this each morning to do the same.
