sorry to bother you again, but, my ip address has changed, so it has messed all SHOUTcast up, the embeded player up, people cant connect when im broadcasting, what can i do?

Is your site still located at http://www.basslinefm.tk/ ?
What is your new IP broadcast address?
The old one was http://82.37.81.132:8001 ...right?
You probably only have to substitute the old IP broadcast address with whatever the new one is now, in both places that it appears in your object-n-embed code.

sorry it's been a while but i have been extreemly busy.

goto www.no-ip.com and read there how to get a static re-direct.

there's a little piece of software you have to download, it keeps track of your ip number and when your ip chances the software keeps re-directing it.\

you get get a name like www.baselinefm.no-ip.com:8000

I have a simular thing at www.dyndns.org

Hello,
Thanks for e-mailing me back. Yeah my site is still www.basslinefm.tk my new ip is... (192.168.0.100) and im still running on port 8000, it wont let people connect to the wmp.
My old one was http://82.37.81.132:8000 Not port 8001 Smile

I have closed Bassline FM for the time being till i can get my ip and SHOUTcast sorted.
No worries spaceplay, its ok, if your busy your busy you cant help that Smile

As far as I know, 192.168.0.100 is an internal IP address and won't work. Did you read what Spaceplay wrote above? Follow his links to get a get a static re-direct, as he said, and all should be well. Wink

I have regestered to that no-ip and downloaded the No-IP DUC, But im using the old ip but it isnt letting people connect. www.whatsmyip.com that picks up the old one, No-IP is picking up the old Ip address but wont let people connect, and my comp is telling me a new ip Confused
